Pilots are purchased for gold in the Training Center. They appear randomly changing every 12 hours.

 

A refresh can be forced by spending gold. Legendary Pilots start at level 1, other Pilots may appear at higher levels and sometimes include future promotions.

 

The highest possible level increases as the player trains its Pilots.
