Generally, app stores do not provide refunds for in-app purchases. However, if you or someone who has access to your Apple/Google ID have accidentally subscribed, please contact the app store directly to request a refund.

If you have an Apple (iOS) account, please:
  1. Go to Apple’s problem reports page;
  2. Log in with your Apple ID username (usually your email address) and password;
  3. Select the Apps tab;
  4. Find the purchase you want refunded;
  5. Select Report a Problem right next to Purchase;
  6. Select the reason why you are requesting the refund;
  7. Fill in the description box with the explanation;
  8. Click Submit.
If you have a Google (Android) account, please:
  1. On Option 2: Request a refund on the Google Play Website;
  2. Tap on the refunds page;
  3. Fill in the form;
  4. Select the reason why you would like a refund;
  5. Click Submit.
