Generally, app stores do not provide refunds for in-app purchases. However, if you or someone who has access to your Apple/Google ID have accidentally subscribed, please contact the app store directly to request a refund.
If you have an Apple (iOS) account, please:
- Go to Apple’s problem reports page;
- Log in with your Apple ID username (usually your email address) and password;
- Select the Apps tab;
- Find the purchase you want refunded;
- Select Report a Problem right next to Purchase;
- Select the reason why you are requesting the refund;
- Fill in the description box with the explanation;
- Click Submit.
If you have a Google (Android) account, please:
- Visit Google support page;
- On Option 2: Request a refund on the Google Play Website;
- Tap on the refunds page;
- Fill in the form;
- Select the reason why you would like a refund;
- Click Submit.
