Apex Gears are special devices that can be equipped on your vehicles.
Each Apex Gear provides:

What bonuses do Apex Gears provide?
Depending on the Gear, passive bonuses can improve stats such as:

How do active abilities work?
When entering battle with an equipped Apex Gear, you'll see a dedicated ability button.
Keep in mind:
Each ability has its own cooldown.
Some abilities recharge faster when destroying enemy vehicles.

How do I unlock Apex Gears?
The Apex Gear system unlocks after completing 10 battles.
Once unlocked, you'll gain access to the Apex Gear menu and Apex Gear Store.
You'll also receive enough Apex Modules to obtain your first Common Apex Gear.
How do I get Apex Gears?
Apex Gears can be acquired from the Apex Gear Store using Apex Modules (A-Modules).
A-Modules can be obtained through:
Watching ads in the Apex Gear menu.
Direct purchases.
How do I equip an Apex Gear?
Open the Apex Gear menu.
Select a vehicle.
Choose an Apex Gear from your collection.
Equip it and enter battle.
At Tier 1, equipping and unequipping Apex Gears is free.
How do I upgrade Apex Gears?
Use Apex Modules to level up your Apex Gears.

What are Tiers?

Higher rarity Apex Gears offer:

Is there anything I should know before upgrading?
Yes. At Tier 1, switching Apex Gears is free.
At higher Tiers, equipping and unequipping Apex Gears will cost resources, and that cost increases as the Gear's Tier increases.
