This problem we have detected occurs only in users who are testing beta versions of the game. Please check on Google Play if you have the beta option activated, and if so and you do not want to experiment with new features or risk problems like this, we recommend you reverse this and not enable beta testing in applications and games. Once done, update or reinstall the game, to have the normal version, and the problem should not occur. Remember, of course, to have your account correctly linked so that you do not have problems logging back into it.
