This happens because you will always get higher rewards and prizes as you increase your level and rank. As you progress through the game and start to earn more cash and gold from your battles, prices are updated to maintain balance.
The prices will change according to the highest-tiered vehicle you have in your garage. The following items may cost more after you acquire a new higher-tier vehicle:
